🥩 Steak
On a Sat night, we went into @pastportdining located in the @thewatersidehotel in the CBD. We warmly welcomed into the incredible venue. As soon as we saw the menu, we knew, we had so much to try!

We couldn’t decide between the Rib Eye & Porterhouse, we had both. We were shook, we enjoyed the porterhouse more than the rib eye. The Porterhouse came with this incredible Vietnamese chimichurri, it blew our heads off, so full of flavour! The porterhouse was so incredibly tender & juicy too. The rib eye was salted to perfection & we always love a steak with the bone in, we just loved the porterhouse a smidge more. Shout out to Chef @isarahchan

🔪 Sauce & Sides
We were so spoilt with starters, and believe us, we were satisfied by these. We went for the betel leaf, grilled scallop, Kingfish, wings, Nasi Kerabu rice & Nyonya Pie Tee. Every single thing we ate, was full of flavour, there were a couple of things we were both a bit torn on but that came down to personal preference. We will say, we think we have found our new number 1 for wings. With your steak, you get some rice on the side & sambal sauce, which wasn’t too spicy, again, full of flavour!

🍷 Vino
What a fantastic drink list, they have a real twist on the usual drinks. H started with a lovely mocktail, the coco clover, which was the most stunning pink color & H loved it! Absolutely stunning. Mads enjoyed two glasses of the Rose. The variety of drinks they have to offer is super impressive, it could even be a beautiful spot just to come for a cocktail with friends.

🔥 Vibe
This is one of those spots you’d never expect, tucked inside, on the top floor, with a killer open balcony that lets you look down over the crowd below. The whole venue leans into a 70s‑inspired Asian aesthetic & absolutely nails it. The interiors are funky, retro, full of personality. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, you step out onto the outdoor balcony, it is genuinely unreal & such a surprise.

Overall this is one to add to the list & we think it’s money well spent.
