🥩Steak – 4.5/5
For Cinder's steak night you indulge in a 250g Black Opal Rump, Marble Grade 8-9 from none other than Flinders&Co Butcher. This steak was so thick, tender & cooked to absolute perfection. The quality of this steak was sky high. We were super impressed by this one! This isn't a regular steak night, this steak is one you will remember for a long time.

🔪Sauce & Sides – 4.8/5
Where do we begin?! You get a choice of their delicious sauces with your steak. Even though H is a converted Bernaise babe, she had to go back to her roots and try the Peppercorn sauce, which, don't say we didn't warn you, packs a punch! You might want some icey water after that one. Mads saw truffle butter on the menu and there was no other option for her. This truffle butter, was one of the best butters we have tried to date. Honestly, for the truffle lovers, this is for you. Not to mention, you have a choice of any of their mustards too! Now on to the chips, fat, fluffy, crunchy & perfectly seasoned with a beautiful aioli on the side. The only side which could leave you on the fence is the salad. H loved it, full of zing but not to Mads taste.

🔥Vibe – 4.6/5
This is a very sexy steak house and we loved it. We loved the moody lighting, admiring the steaks on show & the gorgeous fireplace to add the vibes. The staff were great, super easy to chat to & helpful. The interiors of Cinder is unreal, we thought the venue flowed really well & there are some great options for dining for date night or score a booth for a larger group.

🍷Vino – 5/5
We loved the wine on offer. H tried out the Malbec for $15 a glass, which was fantastic & Mads the Shiraz for $12 a glass. We both couldn't fault the wine and the price was extremely reasonable for such a lovely venue.

💰Value – 4.6/5
We appreciate that $39 is a higher price point for a steak night HOWEVER, the price for the quality and flavour is worth every cent. This is a steak night, without feeling like a steak night. We felt like this meal was such high quality all round and feels like you're having a very expensive experience but for $39! Honestly, we can't say we would change much about Cinder's steak night.
