Steak 5/5
Chef Michael Scott is very passionate about steaks & Central Club now features a variety of beef loved dishes, including the $42 Mayura Station Bavette, to a tomahawk, TBone, Angus scotch and weekly beef specials, everything you could want. The $27 Porterhouse Steak Night, normally $41 with chippies, salad & sauce choice is available every Thursday. Except for June its available every single day. You can also upgrade to an eye fillet with a glass of grenache. Both steaks were cooked beautifully. Special shout out to the bavette, which is meaty & full of flavour. Something Fred Flintstone would eat!

Sauce & sides 5/5
Lots of sauce choice options, gravy, red wine jus, peppercorn, mushroom, chimichurri, peppercorn, herb butter & a bone marrow butter. Personal favs were the bone marrow butter and peppercorn, unbelievable. Cos salad was fresh with, nice zing to it, holds its own. Rosti chips are crazy good, words can’t describe how good, 5 stars just for the chips. We also loved the jalapeño croquettes and kingfish ceviche for entree, both standouts, and finished with a peanut butter chocolate brownie that changed lives.

Vino 5/5
The best of the best aussie vino, plenty of options for vino lovers. We kicked things off with Seville sparkling, then a glass of Roler red with our entrees. Then Amy's from Moss wood, a deep red to pair with our Bavette. Last but not least, a grenache from Thistledown for our steak night deal. Plus a cheeky dessert wine from Turkey Flat.

A warm welcoming pub with cosy velvet booths, high tables, big tables for mates, a huge bar & TVs to watch the game. Loved the cute tea light candles and warm exposed brick. Great service & staff, well loved pub for many years!

$27 for a 250g porterhouse, rosti chips, salad and sauce is unreal value.
The quality ticks all boxes, wouldn't change a thing.
