🥩Steak
We indulged in a 5 course set menu at Seville Estate, which included a stone axe wagyu rib cap as the main course. The steak literally melted in our mouths and was served with a sticky delicious jus. Marble score was 8-9 and portion size was solid. Chef’s Kiss.

🔪Sauce & Sides
Prior to the steak, we “were sent to heaven” with the one of the entrees - a scallop crudo, that was orgasmic, the avocado & buttermilk sauce was off its head and we borderline had to hold ourselves back from licking the plate. We’re sure the old ducks near us wouldn’t have appreciated it.

🔥Vibe
In the beautiful region of the Yarra Valley, Seville Estate treats you to stunning mountain views and gorgeous natural lit interiors with large floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen was headed up by James Cornwall, a great Chef that was previously taking care of the Kitchen at Bonny Bar Fitzroy, known for their famous Sunday Wagyu steak night that we so loved.

🍷Vino
All the wine pairings were delicious, so much so we purchased an extra bottle to take home from their estate vineyard.

💰Value
Set Menu with Matched Wines at $143pp Includes:

1. Spelt Flatbread, cultured butter + fennel pollen with farm tomatoes, buffalo ricotta + agretti
2. Scallop crudo, avocado, buttermilk, smoked salmon caviar
3. Stone Axe Wagyu Rib Cap, potato royal, red gem + pistachio
4. Brown butter Madeleines, goats cheese with bush honey
5. Clingstone peach Melba, vanilla bean, raspberry

Honestly, unreal value for $143pp with wine at each course. We would definitely recommend this for a weekend away treat. We rolled out full and happy.
