Itinerary

Saturday

Welcome grazing board & bubbles. Settle in, explore the estate, and meet your fellow Scorpio Sisters.
A guided painting session with creative facilitator Steph. Wine in hand, zero experience required. Finish when you're ready, an hour or more at your own pace.
Time to shower, rest, and get ready for the evening ahead.
An intimate introduction to Ladygarden Wines with female winemaker Kelly — the wines for the evening, the stories behind them, and a glass in hand.
The big reveal — take your seat and soak it all in.
A premium steak flight dinner prepared by Chef Maria. Multiple cuts, share style, entrees, dessert, the centrepiece of the weekend.
Fireside chats, post dinner drinks, good conversation — stay up as long as you like or head to bed whenever feels right.

Sunday

Start the morning gently at your own pace around the estate grounds or join fellow early birds on a sunrise walk.
Fresh juices, coffees, yoghurt, granola, fruit, and BLT available from 8:00am - 10.30am
45 minute rooftop flow — slow movement, breathwork, and meditation to wake up the body and regulate the nervous system.
A guided fire and ice experience by Gabi to energise and reset. Participation is entirely at your own comfort level.
Pool, grounds, coffee, rest — whatever you need.
Steak 101 with Chef Maria begins as a 30 minute group session covering cuts, sourcing, and technique, followed by an optional 1:1 hands-on cooking segment (approximately 10 minutes per person with the Chef, timing varies).
Bouquet Making with Steph runs alongside the steak workshop in between guests cooking steak. A relaxed hands-on floral workshop with seasonal blooms to take home.
A shared Sunday feast to close out the weekend.
Pool, grounds, or simply soak up the last moments at the estate.

Saturday welcome grazing, 3-course premium steak dinner, breakfast, hands-on lunch preparation, and Sunday brunch feast. Premium wine selection, pre-made cocktails, beers, and full range of non-alcoholic beverages throughout the weekend.
Learn the fundamentals of cooking perfect steak at home with our Steak 101 workshop covering cuts, sourcing, techniques, and nutrition. Then get hands-on in our cooking workshop.
Unleash your creativity in our guided painting session led by Steph, a Melbourne-based multimedia creative who believes art should be playful, not perfect. With all materials and wine provided, you'll create your own unique artwork in a relaxed, lighthearted atmosphere where any level of creativity is welcome. Zero art experience necessary — the goal is to have fun and try something different. Take home your creation plus a workbook on finding your creative outlet.
Intimate wine tasting. Learn about the featured selections in a relaxed setting before dinner.
Create a beautiful fresh floral arrangement to take home as a reminder of the weekend. Be guided through selecting and arranging seasonal blooms. All bouquets are professionally wrapped and prepared for travel back home with you.
Begin your morning with a rooftop flow class (45 min) led by Gabi, a Melbourne-based Wellbeing Facilitator and Counselling Psychotherapist who believes strength comes from slowing down, not pushing harder.
With stunning estate views as your backdrop, you'll be guided through movement that weaves together nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and somatic practice—creating a felt shift in how you inhabit your body.
Follow with a guided sauna and ice bath experience for post-movement recovery, or take an optional sunrise walk around the grounds.
All levels welcome. Gabi's approach is simple: when we learn to manage our minds, a meaningful life becomes possible.
