🥩Steak –4.5/5
Every Thursday night at @fargoandco in Richmond, you will be treated to a stunning 28-day aged sirloin steak with bottomless fries! Now, this steak is not what you receive on a traditional steak night - and we love it. This bad boy has been slow cooked & is one of the juiciest steaks we’ve enjoyed. The flavour was incredible with a lovely crust & this was cooked absolutely beautifully.

🔪Sauce & Sides – 4.4/5
We couldn’t believe bottomless fries on offer, to be honest, we were so full, we could only stomach one round of fries only because we had so many delicious sides too. Our eyes were bigger than our bellies - we had the carrots, asparagus, onion rings & salad. Our personal fav were the carrots, they were so fresh & yummy. The steak was served with a boujee béarnaise sauce & green peppercorn sauce - both fantastic!

🔥Vibe – 5/5
Honestly, we could not fault the vibes. The staff were incredibly helpful, shoutout to Alex! Bonus, we even got to go into the kitchen to watch the beautiful steak being carved, not to mention a DJ on a Thursday, this made the vibes so much higher. We also loved the smaller details like a candle on each table, dark green emerald interiors & disco balls hanging from the ceiling. There was nothing we could fault on the vibe front!

🍷Vino – 4.9/5
Mads loved the Shiraz, it was absolutely beautiful. H the Tempranillo and she also loved it. It is also worth mentioning you can add bottomless vino for $25! What an incredible bargain!

This Steak Night is designed to share with friends, family or a date. You get a beautiful cut of steak, which has been cooked with love & bottomless fries! We do love a salad & sauce choice, despite this, we thought everything was curated perfectly. @fargoandco may be your spot for bottomless brunch, but it is absolutely worth swapping the bottomless drinks for fries & a gorgeous steak.
