Saturday welcome grazing, 3-course premium steak dinner, breakfast, hands-on lunch preparation, and Sunday brunch feast. Premium wine selection, pre-made cocktails, beers, and full range of non-alcoholic beverages throughout the weekend.
Learn the fundamentals of cooking perfect steak at home with our Steak 101 workshop covering cuts, sourcing, techniques, and nutrition. Then get hands-on in our cooking workshop.
Unleash your creativity in our guided painting session led by Steph, a Melbourne-based multimedia creative who believes art should be playful, not perfect. With all materials and wine provided, you'll create your own unique artwork in a relaxed, lighthearted atmosphere where any level of creativity is welcome. Zero art experience necessary — the goal is to have fun and try something different. Take home your creation plus a workbook on finding your creative outlet.
Intimate wine tasting. Learn about the featured selections in a relaxed setting before dinner.
Create a beautiful fresh floral arrangement to take home as a reminder of the weekend. Be guided through selecting and arranging seasonal blooms. All bouquets are professionally wrapped and prepared for travel back home with you.
Begin your morning with a rooftop flow class (45 min) led by Gabi, a Melbourne-based Wellbeing Facilitator and Counselling Psychotherapist who believes strength comes from slowing down, not pushing harder.
With stunning estate views as your backdrop, you'll be guided through movement that weaves together nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and somatic practice—creating a felt shift in how you inhabit your body.
Follow with a guided sauna and ice bath experience for post-movement recovery, or take an optional sunrise walk around the grounds.
All levels welcome. Gabi's approach is simple: when we learn to manage our minds, a meaningful life becomes possible.
